Each of HAL Allergy Holding B.V. and HAL Allergy B.V. (jointly “HAL Allergy”) respects your privacy as well the safety and security of your personal data. HAL Allergy processes your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be collected and used by HAL Allergy for each of the following purposes:
If you select a language in which to view the website (Dutch, English or German) we place a cookie to display the website in the language chosen. This cookie is stored on your computer for one (1) year, so that you do not have to select the language again the next time you visit our website.
If you contact us by e-mail or by filling in the contact form on the website, HAL Allergy will collect and use your personal data for the purpose of responding to your questions or comments.
If you send your job application and CV online by using the link on the Career page of the website, your personal data will be collected and processed for that purpose and you may be contacted by HAL Allergy by telephone, regular mail or e-mail for that purpose.
Consent
For each of these processing purposes and before the collection and use of your personal data your consent will be requested. You give your consent by ticking the box provided on the relevant part of the website or the linked website. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the same manner and the same or by sending an email to: dataprotection@hal-allergy.com.
Storage and retention
Your personal data will be stored in our own data servers located in Germany and The Netherlands. Depending on the personal data you provide to us the type of personal data we retain are: your name, function, company name, company telephone number, your mobile phone number, e-mail address, IP address and company address. We store these personal data for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of collection. However, personal data that you share with us when you apply for a job will be retained for one (1) year and six (6) months HAL Allergy Career page.
Recipients
If you contact us by completing the contact form on the website, your personal data will be received by employees of the HAL Allergy Corporate Communications Department. Your job application and CV and related personal data will be shared with HAL Allergy’s HR Department and a contracted provider for recruitment software. All your personal data are accessible by the HAL Allergy IT Department. All recipients are bound by confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, are or will be bound by data protection obligations pursuant to a data processing agreement.
Security
HAL Allergy has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the security of your personal data and protect personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction, damage, access by third parties and against any form of unlawful processing.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to request HAL Allergy to inform you of the personal data it processes and retains relating to you and, to the extent applicable, to request that your personal data be corrected, supplemented, deleted or blocked. Social media plug-ins
HAL Allergy enables you to view, obtain and share certain information on pages of the website through LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Xing and Instagram by using the respective LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Xing buttons. If you click one of these buttons, you will be forwarded to HAL Allergy’s corresponding social media account. As soon as you click the “accept” button cookies will be placed by the relevant social media platform. Opt-out
