Recruiting process – important security information
When we conduct interviews we will never use messenger programs like Google Hangouts or Skype. Interviews are done face-to-face in our Leiden office or digitally via Teams. Within the recruiting process, we always have at least one (digital) face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager of the department. Each candidate is being approached by the company’s recruiter. Such legitimate HAL Allergy or HALIX representative will only contact you via a verified LinkedIn account or from our corporate e-mail address ending with @hal-allergy.com or @HALIX.nl. When responding to a message please make sure that you are sending the message to @hal-allergy.com or @halix.nl.
We are only actively recruiting in Europe.
Correspondence from other e-mail addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL or @halallergy.com) are not legitimate. When asked to provide personal or financial data, please be aware that you may be a victim of a fraudster providing you with a fake job opportunity misusing our name.
