<\/p>\nRome, Italy, (March 26, 2020) \u2013 Today, HAL Allergy S.r.l. announced the start of its \u2018Prima Linea\u2019 initiative offering telephone counseling for the highly committed hospital staff, who are engaged in the daily fight with the coronavirus in the most affected regions of Italy.<\/p>\n
All health and non-health workers, in the hospitals in Italy are working relentlessly with great courage to cope with the increasing number of CoVid-19 patients and its consequences. The commitment of every involved staff member facing tremendous situations every day has led HAL Allergy S.r.l. and Avalon Counseling to set-up this initiative in order to support all of them.<\/p>\n
The new service provider \u2018Prima Linea\u2019 gives doctors, nurses as well as cooks and other employees working in the hospitals the opportunity to talk confidentially about the exhausting shifts and emotionally devastating situations. Each conversation, free of charge, will be managed by a counseling expert in completely confidential setting as required by the code of ethics and the legislation on the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n
