Immunotherapy: subcutaneous or sublingual
Immunotherapy can be very effective, especially in the treatment of allergies to pets and other animals, house dust mites, insect stings and hay fever. Immunotherapy reduces and sometimes eliminates hypersensitivity to an allergen.

Developments have not exactly stagnated. There are immunotherapies available for a wide range of allergens, be it grass, trees, animals and herbs. And in addition to administration by injection (subcutaneous therapy), it can be administered by squeezing a few drops under the tongue (sublingual therapy).
