General Information
The HAL Allergy Group was established in 1959 and is a main European manufacturer of allergy vaccines and diagnostics. Our products are distributed via subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Austria and the Benelux as well as a network of distribution partners in Portugal, Greece, Hungary, France, Estonia, Israel, Slovenia, Romania and Japan. Currently HAL Allergy employs over 280 people throughout Europe with more than 180 situated in the Netherlands. The R&D, Clinical Development & Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, International Marketing & Sales, HR and Finance departments are situated in Leiden. Manufacturing, Operation and Quality Assurance are located in Haarlem though will also move to Leiden in early 2009 once the new manufacturing site is fully operational.
