Recruitment Procedure
Interviewing for a job is often a stressful experience. For this reason we have tried to make the event as welcoming and straightforward as possible. We have two interview rounds with the first between yourself, a Human Resources representative and the hiring manger. The second is with either a Unit Manager or Director and the team you will be joining. We believe it is essential that you have a good rapport with your colleagues and that they have a chance to have an open and honest discussion with you.
Following these two rounds (which we try to arrange as close together as both our schedules allow) we potentially enter into the offer stage. For certain senior level position we may also utilize an assessment center, though this procedure will be discussed at the outset of the recruitment process.
