Médecins Sans Frontières; Doctors Without Borders
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), or Doctors Without Borders, is a French-founded (now international and federal) humanitarian-aid non-governmental organization. The organization is known in most of the world by its French name or simply as MSF, but in Canada and the United States the name Doctors Without Borders is commonly used. Over 26,000, mostly local, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals, logistical experts, water and sanitation engineers and administrators provided medical aid in over 60 countries. These doctors and nurses decided to volunteer their time to solve issues of world health. Private donors provide about 80% of the organization's funding, while governmental and corporate donations provide the rest, giving MSF an annual budget of approximately US$400 million. HAL Allergy is proud to support the voluntary work of MSF.

Mission to Mozambique
The Benedictine College St. Martin's Ampleforth in York/England regularly supports international educational projects. A highly regarded initiative is promoting education in Africa, for example in the diocese of Xai-Xai in Mozambique. The priest-teachers are equipped with computers in order to ease communication with students and each other. Also students receive bicycles to allow them to drive the sometimes long distances to school.
HAL Allergy and Droege Group are pleased to support St. Ampleforth College in this socially valuable initiative with a donation for students at Cathedral School and at Macia School in Xai-Xai, Mozambique.
